Dole Fresh UK are committed to the ethical improvement of our supply chain and employ SEDEX as part of a combined strategy to assess and improve worker conditions across the supply chain. We work with a range of fair-trade sources and products and continue to grow this aspect of our business.

Through SEDEX membership 100% of our supply chain has been risk assessed for ethical compliance. All overseas sources rated as “high risk” through the SEDEX system have been subject to a 3rd Party ETI audit. Our main UK production sites received ETI audits every 2 years.
